A few useful answers.
Some practical details about handing work over, getting started and working together. If your question is not here, please get in touch.

What could I hand over?
Start with tasks that have a clear outcome: diary coordination, documents, records, onboarding steps or recurring follow-ups. We discuss the work and agree the scope before starting.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Support is mainly remote and available to businesses across the UK. On-site support can also be discussed for local work in Lincolnshire.
Can we start with a small piece of work?
Yes. A defined task or project can be a useful way to establish how we work together. The work, fee and responsibilities are agreed before it begins.
Who will I work with?
Anna Vickers is the person behind Clerica Solutions and your point of contact for discussing and agreeing support.
Can you help with audio typing and transcription?
Yes. Anna is a qualified audio typist and transcription expert. Outline the recording and the document you need, and we can discuss the format, scope and timing. Please do not attach recordings or confidential material to your first enquiry.
How do we agree the cost?
We discuss the tasks, time and practical requirements first. You receive an agreed scope and fee before work starts. Additional work is discussed separately.
How will we keep in touch?
We agree the communication channels and update frequency around the work. Important decisions, approvals and changes to scope are recorded clearly.
Should I send confidential documents with my enquiry?
Please keep the first enquiry to an outline of the support you need. Do not send passwords, financial records or confidential client documents. Any necessary access and information handling are agreed separately.
Can support fit around the systems we already use?
We discuss your existing systems, the tasks involved and the access required before agreeing the scope. Specific software requirements and familiarity are checked rather than assumed.
Do you provide virtual PA or virtual assistant support?
Yes. Clerica’s remote PA and administrative services are a form of virtual assistant support. Anna works through agreed systems and communication channels, with clear tasks and approval limits. Support is mainly remote across the UK; local on-site work in Lincolnshire can also be discussed.
How are access and confidentiality agreed?
Before work starts, we agree the information needed, confidentiality arrangements and approval limits. Named accounts or delegated access are preferable where your systems support them. Please do not send passwords through the enquiry form.
Can I change the amount of support?
We can review the workload and discuss a revised scope. Changes, additional work, notice and any availability limits are agreed in writing rather than added automatically.
What happens during holidays or an absence?
Working hours, planned absences and any continuity arrangements are discussed as part of the scope. Cover or immediate availability is not assumed.
Are specialist financial or legal services included?
The services described here do not include specialist financial, tax or legal advice. Requirements outside the agreed support scope need to be discussed separately.
